Return & Exchange Policy

• You may return eligible merchandise to Heartland Defense Solutions (HDS) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Closeout items, underwear, and face masks are final sale.
• A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
• Items damaged by improper washing, or defective third-party goods, are not eligible for return through HDS and must be handled per the manufacturer's warranty process.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection.
